that can house "server instances". These instances exist within the bounds of MetaCloud, but to the Internet, they look like free-standing servers. A MetaCloud server instance is no different than a piece of hardware
sitting in a rack. Except you only pay for the instance, not the hardware, collocation, power, management and even bandwidth (in certain service plans).
