SupportPro Network Management plans provide your organization with a comprehensive plan to manage every aspect of your network. From general day to day health, to one on one help desk support, to rapid emergency response; with SupportPro you get it all. And the best part? You get it for one fixed monthly cost. Its like having a full time support staff for 30% of the cost of a systems administrator’s salary.

How it works.
In order to assess how much support your business may need in a month, we set aside an initial three-month trial period. During these three months, we work with your business at a reduced hourly rate on a time and materials basis. Your ReadyTechs account representative is by your side the entire time apprising you of the time spent and what it is being spent on. After this three-month period is complete, we take an average of the hours spent each month, and your ReadyTechs account representative works with you to set a fixed monthly hours allocation tailored specifically for your business. Typically, this hours allocation will fall into one of the plans detailed below. Larger hour allocations can be custom designed (see your ReadyTechs Representative for information on these larger, bulk pricing plans).

Growth “Base” (Based on less than 10 hours)

You’ve taken your business to the next level. As your business grows, so will our knowledge of your business. Our Growth “Plus” plan provide our customers with reliable support without the cost associated with hiring an IT person. Usually ideal for organizations with 6-12 employees.

Growth “Gain” (Based on 15-20 Hours)
Our Growth “Gain” plan prepares our customers for the level of support and coming expansion needed for them to continue to gain the competitive edge in the marketplace. From simple support, to advanced network infrastructure planning, ReadyTechs’ Growth “Gain” plan will be there when you need us most. Usually ideal for organizations with 10-18 employees.

Growth “Advanced” (Based on 20-25 Hours)
The ReadyTechs Growth “Advanced” SupportPro plan provides established enterprises with the high level of reliability and response needed in a 24/7/365 environment. Our certified engineers leverage their vast experience and skill sets to give our customers the peace of mind they require and the cost savings they demand. No need to hire multiple technical employees to handle your needs. ReadyTechs does it better, faster and cheaper. Usually ideal for organizations with 16-24 employees.

Custom Growth (Based on 30+ Hours)
